Peek-a-Pop — Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what information the mobile game Peek-a-Pop ("the Game", "we", "us"), published by GoGonz, collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. By playing the Game you agree to this policy.

1. Information we collect

We do not ask for your name, email address, or any account registration. The Game collects the following automatically:

• Anonymous player identifier — a random ID created by Firebase Authentication so your progress and support requests can be recognized. It is not linked to your real identity.
• Device and usage data — device model, operating system version, language, app version, gameplay interactions (e.g., levels played, purchases made, features used), and session information, collected via Google Firebase Analytics.
• Crash and diagnostics data — crash logs and performance diagnostics, collected via Firebase Crashlytics.
• Advertising data — your device's advertising identifier and approximate (IP-based) location, collected by Google AdMob to serve and measure ads.
• Purchase information — when you buy something, the purchase is processed by the app store you downloaded the Game from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). We receive purchase confirmations and order state, never your payment details.

2. How we use information

• To operate the Game and save your progress on your device.
• To understand how the Game is played and improve balance, content, and stability.
• To show advertising (including rewarded ads you choose to watch) and limit how often ads appear.
• To deliver purchased items and prevent fraud.

3. Third-party services

The Game uses these services, which process data under their own policies:

• Google AdMob — How Google uses data for ads
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Authentication, Remote Config) — Firebase Privacy
• Google Play Billing — Google Privacy Policy

4. Advertising choices

In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, you will be asked for consent before personalized ads are shown, and you can change your choice from the Game's settings. On iOS, the Game asks for permission before tracking via Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, and you can change this any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. Everywhere, you can reset or delete your device's advertising ID in your device settings (Settings → Google → Ads on Android; Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising on iOS).

5. Data retention and deletion

Analytics and crash data are retained on Google's systems per Firebase's standard retention periods. Your game progress is stored on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Game. To request deletion of the data associated with your anonymous player ID, email support@gogonz.info with your player ID (tap the ID at the bottom of the Game's settings to copy it) and we will process the request within 30 days.

6. Children

The Game is intended for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data through the Game, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Security and international transfers

Data collected through the services above is processed on Google's infrastructure, which may be located outside your country, and is protected in transit by encryption.

8. Changes

We may update this policy as the Game evolves (for example, when new features launch). The "Last updated" date above always reflects the current version; material changes will be noted in the Game or on this page.
